This serves to confirm that Bay Electrical of P O Box 90 Hunters Retreat, 6017, are paid up members of the Port Elizabeth branch of

the ECA(SA).

The company was admitted as ordinary members off the association during 2001 and has since this date, complied with the

requirements of the ECA(SA) Constitution as it relates to the general conduct of members.

The owner of the business, Mr. Ti Jean Nabal was elected as a member of the East / South Cape regional executive committee of

the ECA(SA) on 4 November 2004, and has served on the committee for the past 3 years.

We would recommend the company for any electrical installation and maintenance work within their area of expertise.

Mr. Ti Jean Nabal has been accredited by the Department of Labour to test and inspect all electrical work in cases where the

incoming supply is three phase.

Bay Electrical is registered as an electrical contractor with the Electrical Contracting Board of South Africa under registration

number EC0603
